kathryn & chris – part two

there were just WAY too many beautiful images from this wedding to share. here’s a few more of my favourites from the second half of the day.

brides often ask the question, “what happens if it rains on my wedding day?” to which I reply, “we bring umbrellas!”

who says you can’t have gorgeous photos in the rain…

the bride and her beautiful girls!

it was such a blustery day, we tried something different with the veil and I think it worked out pretty cool…

these two know how to work it!

we finally moved indoors for the reception at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver Crystal Ballroom…

in addition to the flawless coordination of the day by Susan Hyatt, aka the Wedding Lady, the florals and decor by Kim and Andy at Wedding Design Studio were beyond stunning. I have had the pleasure of photographing several weddings in this beautiful ballroom, but have never seen it quite like this…

the bride and groom and their very romantic first dance…

congratulations to you both on such an incredible wedding!  it was truly an honour to be a witness to the celebration and I wish you many, many years of happiness together.

  5. Wow!! I love the image of the wedding party in front of the Esher-esque receding concrete arches! This canned food deal seriously rocks! All the more so because I am so broke this year that we’re eating our own canned food. (Which sux; but there it is. LOL) So… I won’t be able to join up and donate for comments, but I can still be a part of some giving by taking the time to visit and comment. So donate a couple for me, babes! Thanks to Shelly at This Eclectic Life! I’m makin’ the rounds!!

  7. Love the way you catch their personality, my fav shot is the serious looking one outside leaning on the corner of the building. Not typical so it totally rocked :)
