we did a fun shot in the middle of a sidewalk downtown and Angela said it was the first time she had ever been dipped! she loved it so much, she used one of the images on the cover of her coffee table book...
then it was off to one of my favourite outdoor locations for photos, Iona Beach in Richmond...

then it was off to Capilano Golf and Country Club for the couple's wedding ceremony and reception....
the day was flawlessly coordinated by Soha of Countdown Events, with beautiful florals by Suzanne at Granville Island Florists...
and the decor by Colin at Upright Decor was spectacular as usual.
the deliciously decadent ice cream buffet came out after dinner and was to die for!

my good friend (and beautiful assistant!) is getting married next month... and I have the honour of photographing the wedding. of course, we needed to do an engagement shoot! it was great fun putting Kathryn behind the camera for a change. the fun started with Kathryn and her fiance, Chris in Gastown...
and continued onto the beach for some romantic shots.
Kathryn looked amazing in her gorgeous dress...

the ceremony site at the Stanley Park Pavilion could not have been more spectacular. With decor from Elana at Sweet Beginnings and THE most amazing flowers from Hassan at Tala Florists. He always goes all out for my brides and they love him for it! At the source of all these wonderful vendors was the fabulous Whitney Santos, wedding planner extraordinaire! She was the one woman show who flawlessly co-ordinated this amazing event from start to finish and all the credit goes to her.

they chose my favourite limo driver in all of Vancouver, the wonderful Adrian from A Stylish Arrival. I don't know who I love more - him...
or his classic 1935 Rolls Royce.
I love how incredibly happy these two are!
